Rob McLean is an award-winning musician, writer, and director. A recipient of a Canadian Comedy Award, his short films have screened at festivals around the world. As a studio musician and producer, Rob has collaborated with a wide range of recording artists internationally, contributing to jingles, soundtracks, and albums across multiple genres.

He began his career as a theatre apprentice in summer stock, where he learned the fundamentals of stagecraft. From there, Rob moved into radio, working as a writer, producer, and voice-over artist, and later appeared on television as both a music director and host. His live performances have taken him to major music and comedy festivals across Canada.
